Then imagine yourself moving through each obstacle until they are behind you. When this is over, visualize a glowing light within you with prosperity radiating out in all directions. When ready, recite “Aad Guray Nameh.” A few times will suffice but feel free to say it as many times as needed for your situation. Then complete the meditation by taking deep breaths and focusing on remaining calm and at peace. After this, you can move on to daily activities.

In the morning and at nighttime, or whenever you want to feel relaxed, clear away negativity, and/or bring about an attitude of gratitude. It is recommended that the meditation be done in the morning and evening daily for best results.
